    We are marking our issues with webphones as resolved. We're on high surveillance with AWS issues today and will update if we notice anything off normal

    We have seen our error rates return to normal levels. We will continue monitoring and stay on high-alert for any changes

    We're beginning to see improvements with phone calls made through the web browser and mobile apps, but overall errors are still high. We're continuing to investigate at full speed on customer impact and what we can do to recover from this AWS outage.

    After deeper investigation, we have noticed webphone calls are more largely impacted than initially expected. We're continuing to investigate the extent of and resolution to these issues.

    Currently, phone calls inbound and outbound from the mobile app as well as the website application are unstable and are likely to fail.

    We understand the impact of this outage and are working to return functionality as quickly as possible

    We are aware of intermittent issues with our Webphone being able to handle phone calls. This is in part due to an issue with a downstream carrier partner. We will continue to update as more information becomes available.
