Our phones appear to be returning to a regular state. However we will continue to monitor until our partner's system has fully recovered

Hardphones are currently unable to send or receive calls

Softphones are able to send calls but will not ring for inbound calls. These calls are still going to voicemail and are not being dropped.

We are still working to understand this issue to be able to provide an estimated time for when we will be back up.
