    New Phones users are having trouble setting up their E911 address for Phones and making outbound calls. This only impacts new Phone users, and existing users should still be able to make outbound calls as long as E911 has already been configured.

    This issue should now be resolved and Links should be sending to T-Mobile user's again. As a reminder please register for 10DLC to avoid any unnecessary filtering, learn more about 10DLC here

    We are receiving reports of T-Mobile filtering links for unregistered messages, we are working with our partners for a quick resolution. For customers that are experiencing this issue, registering for 10DLC will prevent this from happening in the future. The current ETA for approvals is 2-3 weeks.
