Some users unable to add new Phones devices to their accounts

    We have resolved the issue blocking new deskphones from being added to accounts.

    We're running into a few errors when users are attempting to add a new Phones device to their account. We've got our engineering team taking a look and will provide updates as soon as possible.

[Retroactive] Our Carrier Partner seeing Delays with outbound messages

    Our carrier partner has resolved the issue, and all messages should now be delivering as intended. However, please note that some outbound messages sent between 6:17 AM and 6:46 AM MT could not be delivered and will appear as failed in the inbox.

    If you need to resend these messages, please do so from the inbox. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and will continue to work with our carrier partner to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Facebook Connection errors

    We have resolved the issue with our Facebook connection. Users will need to reconnect to Facebook in order to reliably pull in Facebook reviews and respond to them from Podium.

    Review invitations prompting customers to leave a review on the business' Facebook page are still functional and unaffected.
